Senior Advisor

Ty Taylor brings extensive valuation, financial analysis, and transaction advisory expertise to Nova Capital Advisors. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 2,500 formal valuations of businesses, assets, and securities for mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance, litigation support, capital raising, and strategic planning purposes.

Ty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and an MBA from the University of North Florida, as well as a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University. He is one of a select group of professionals to hold multiple premier valuation and financial credentials, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR).
